  • 6 cloves Garlic, Minced, Divided
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Thyme
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, Plus 1 Teaspoon, Divided
  • 4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons White Wine
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 can Crushed Tomatoes (28 Ounces)
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
  • 13 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 2 pinches Sugar, To Taste
  • 1 pound Penne Pasta, Cooked According To Package Directions
  • 4 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (optional)

    Lay chicken on a plate or shallow dish.

    Combine 3 cloves minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, 1 Tbsp.

    olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and white wine.

    Pour over chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Marinate at room temperature about 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp.

    olive oil in a pot over medium to medium-high heat.

    Add 3 cloves minced garlic and saute until golden, about 1 minute.
