Marinated Ham Biscuits

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 5 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • Pepperidge Farm rolls (small ones)

Directions

    Melt butter; add mustard, poppy seed and onion, mix well. Split rolls; spread both sides.

    Place in refrigerator overnight. Spread thinly sliced ham on rolls and cheese (Cheddar), about 15 slices.

    Place in oven.

    Heat at 350° for about 20 minutes or until cheese melts.

    Can be made and frozen.

    Makes 40 rolls.
