Marinated Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. mustard (powdered)
- about 4 c. cauliflower
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 green pepper
- 8 cherry tomatoes
Directions

1Thoroughly combine oil, vinegar, onion, salt, sugar, black pepper and dry mustard in large bowl.

2Rinse and slice thin the mushrooms and add to marinade.

3Toss to coat.

4Slice cauliflower flowerets.

5Slice celery.

6Cut the green pepper in strips.

7Add all to mushrooms and let marinate at least 1 hour.

8Just before serving halve the cherry tomatoes and add.
