- 1/2 lb. small mushroom caps (fresh)
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 8 Tbsp. vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. sherry
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put mushrooms in clean jar; mushrooms should almost fill jar. Combine rest of ingredients in saucepan.

2Bring to a boil.

3Pour over mushrooms to fill jar.

4Marinate 24 hours minimum.

5Serve cold.
