- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar (wine)
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1 clove minced garlic
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 lb. small mushrooms
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, excluding mushrooms. Blanch stemmed mushrooms in boiling water for 1 minute.

2Drain and add to marinade.

3Refrigerate in tightly sealed container for 24 to 48 hours.

4Pour off marinade and serve.
