- 2 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3 tsp. salt
- 5 tsp. celery seed
- 1 jar capers and juice
- few bay leaves
- 1 or 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 Bermuda onions, sliced
Directions

1Boil shrimp in salted water until done; drain.

2Mix the rest of the ingredients in large covered bowl.

3Add drained shrimp and marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 days.
