  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 tablespoon crushed coriander
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 12 cup green olives
  • 12 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

    Sprinkle and distribute chicken with salt and arrange in baking pan.

    Sprinkle and distribute with lemon juice, coriander, oregano, garlic, and olives.
