- 1 head lettuce
- 1 onion
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 oz. grated cheese
- 8 oz. French or 1000 Island dressing
- 1 large avocado (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 bag Doritos chips (plain or taco)
- taco sauce to taste
Directions

1Chop lettuce, onion and tomatoes.

2Toss with cheese, dressing and hot sauce.

3Crunch and add tortilla chips and avocado.

4Brown ground beef and stir in beans and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

5Simmer 10 minutes and mix into salad and serve.
