  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 small size can cream-style corn
  • garlic to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
  • 6 chopped jalapeno peppers or less
  • cornbread, prepare as for regular cornbread using 2 c. meal and 3 eggs
