Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can Mexican corn
  • 1 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1 pkg. shoestring noodles

Directions

    Brown hamburger meat with garlic, onion and bell pepper, chopped.

    Drain and rinse with hot water.

    Add chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, tomato soup, water, Ro-Tel and drained corn. Cook noodles; drain.

    Layer in casserole dish the noodles, meat mixture, most of cheese and noodles.

    Save rest of cheese.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour; right before casserole is done, add rest of cheese to top and melt.
