- meat (chicken breasts, pork chops or steaks)
- vegetables (tomato, potato, bell pepper and onion)
- butter or margarine
- seasoning of choice
Directions

1Take 1 head of cabbage or as much as you want to eat, chop into a Corning or microwave dish.

2Cover and place in microwave. Cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes.

3Stir cabbage and cook on High for additional 1 to 2 minutes or until it suits you.

4Season to taste and add a couple of pats of butter or margarine.

5Let sit while you finish cooking rest of your dinner.
