Ingredients

  • meat (chicken breasts, pork chops or steaks)
  • vegetables (tomato, potato, bell pepper and onion)
  • butter or margarine
  • seasoning of choice

Directions

    Take 1 head of cabbage or as much as you want to eat, chop into a Corning or microwave dish.

    Cover and place in microwave. Cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Stir cabbage and cook on High for additional 1 to 2 minutes or until it suits you.

    Season to taste and add a couple of pats of butter or margarine.

    Let sit while you finish cooking rest of your dinner.
