- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. lemon juice (from concentrate)
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
- 8 c. assorted, cut up, fresh fruits
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except fruit; stir until sugar dissolves.

2Place fruit in large shallow dish; pour the mixture over.

4Chill 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
