  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice (from concentrate)
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 8 c. assorted, cut up, fresh fruits

Directions

    In medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except fruit; stir until sugar dissolves.

    Place fruit in large shallow dish; pour the mixture over.

    Chill 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
