  • 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 cups butter, melted
  • 3 cups biscuit mix
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups applesauce
  • 1 12 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 apples, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced
  • added ground cinnamon

Directions

    Whisk together Eagle Brand, eggs and melted butter.

    Stir in baking mix, cinnamon, applesauce, pecans and raisins, if using.

    Pour batter evenly into parchment paper-lined 13x9 baking dish.

    Arrange the apples in rows over batter.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

    Bake in preheated 325F oven 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
