- 8 oz. mostaccioli
- 1 c. peas
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 c. cubed and cooked ham
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. cherry tomato halves
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 3/4 c. Ranch-style dressing (with peppercorns)
Directions

1In a 4-quart pot, cook mostaccioli according to the package directions, adding the peas for the last 3 minutes of cooking time.

2Drain in a colander and rinse the mixture with cold water. Transfer the pasta and peas to a large bowl and add the celery, ham, mushrooms, tomato and carrots.

3Add the dressing and toss. Makes 6 servings.
