  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 36 ounces beef top loin steaks, cut 1 inch thick
