  • 2 c. sauteed mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • liquid from mushrooms plus half and half to make 2 c.
  • dash of white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sauteed onions

    Drain mushrooms and save liquid.

    Melt butter and half and half to make 2 cups.

    Stir in.

    Add salt, pepper and sauteed onions.

    Cook and stir until bubbly.

    Add mushrooms and pour into pie crusts.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
