  • 1 ounce Amaro Nardini
  • 1/2 ounce Punt e Mes (spicy, orange-accented sweet vermouth from Italy)
  • 1/2 ounce Navy-strength gin, preferably Perry's Tot
  • 1/4 ounce Galliano (Italian herbal liqueur)
  • Ice, plus 1 large ice cube for serving
  • 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish

Directions

    In a mixing glass, combine the Amaro, Punt e Mes, gin and Galliano; fill with ice and stir well.

    Strain into a chilled rocks glass over the large ice cube and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
