Ingredients: 1 ounce Amaro Nardini; 1/2 ounce Punt e Mes (spicy, orange-accented sweet vermouth from Italy); 1/2 ounce Navy-strength gin, preferably Perry's Tot; 1/4 ounce Galliano (Italian herbal liqueur); Ice, plus 1 large ice cube for serving; 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish

1/4 ounce Galliano (Italian herbal liqueur)
Ice, plus 1 large ice cube for serving
1 grapefruit twist, for garnish

In a mixing glass, combine the Amaro, Punt e Mes, gin and Galliano; fill with ice and stir well.

Strain into a chilled rocks glass over the large ice cube and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
