- 2 piece Black Cardamom powder
- 500 1/2 grams goat meat..
- 2 stick Cinnamon powder
- 4 piece Green Cardamom powder
- 1 pinch Afoesida(heeng)
- 2 Bay leaf
- 1 cup curd
- 3 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Fennel seeds powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp salt (or as ur taste)
- 4 tbsp Ghee or Vegetable oil
Directions

1Wash Mutton pieces n marinate with all ingredients except Bay leaf and ghee.. Keep for 2 hours.

2Now take a heavy bottom saucepan.

3Heat ghee or oil.

4Add Bay leaf.

5Fry for two minutes.

6Now add marinated Mutton.

7Cook in low flame.

8Stir occasionally.

9Cook till Meat left it's bones and release oil.

10Now add two cups water.

11Now in high flame.

12When it's starts to boil.
-
13Do flame low.
-
14Check it Mutton is soft now.

15It's done.

16Serve with steamed rice or Indian flat bread.
