  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Melt Crisco; set aside.

    Dissolve yeast with 1/4 cup hot water.

    Add Crisco, egg, other water, sugar, salt and flour.

    Mix and store in fridge at least 2 hours.

    Roll out.

    Let rise.

    Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes.
