- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. bacon
- lingonberry jelly
Directions

1Combine the eggs and light cream and beat.

2Sift in flour, sugar and salt.

3Let stand for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

4Fry bacon.

5Pour the batter onto a greased skillet. Add a strip of bacon in the middle immediately.

6When cooked, serve topped with sugar or lingonberry jelly.

7Roll up and enjoy.
