  • 1 (1/2 cup) bag quick-cooking rice, such as Success rice
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 12 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 14 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 14 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 cup chicken broth

Directions

    Cook rice according to package directions.

    While rice is cooking, saute onion and celery in margarine in skillet.

    Add nuts, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

    Fold in cooked rice.
