- 16 slices bread (Pepperidge Farm)
- 8 slices American cheese
- 8 slices boiled ham
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (or more)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Remove bread crusts.

2Make 8 (buttered on outside) ham and cheese sandwiches.

3Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Mix eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over sandwiches.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6In morning, cover with 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/3 cup melted butter.

7Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
