  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Margarine / Butter / Shortening
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Quick Oatmeal
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Soda
  • 1 Tsp Cream Of Tartar
  • 1 Cup Coconut
  • 1 Cup Rice Krispie Cereal
  • 1 Cup Walnuts, Chopped

Directions

    Blend sugars, shortening, oil, vanilla, and egg. Beat well so oil doesn't separate.

    Add dry ingredients and coconut, Rice Krispies, and nuts.

    Drop by teaspoons and flatten. Bake at 350* for 10 minutes.
