  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. rice
  • 1 c. potatoes
  • 2 to 3 cans tomatoes

Directions

    Brown hamburger, then place in a 3-quart baking dish. Add cut up vegetables and uncooked rice.
