- 4 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 (2.5 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed
Directions

1Place each piece of chicken between two sheets of wax paper and flatten to 1/4-inch using meat mallet or rolling pin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

4Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then in crushed onion rings.
