- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 (2.5 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed
Directions

1Place chicken between plastic and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using metal mallet or rolling pin.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Combine margarine, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Stir well.

4Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then crushed onion rings.

5Put in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and top with remaining onion rings.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
