Onion Crusted Chicken

  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 (2.5 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed

Directions

    Place chicken between plastic and flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using metal mallet or rolling pin.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Combine margarine, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Stir well.

    Dredge chicken in butter mixture, then crushed onion rings.

    Put in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and top with remaining onion rings.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
