  • 2-3 large onions cut up
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 10.5 oz. cans beef bouillon
  • 2 cans water

Directions

    Place onions in blender, cover with water.

    Blend on high until you have 4 cups.

    Saute onion mix until golden brown. Cover with beef bouillon and water.

    Add pepper and simmer covered for 30 minutes
