  • 1 gal. fresh broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 3 qt. red peppers, cut into strips
  • 1-1/2 qt. carrots, julienned
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1-1/2 qt. canned sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 3 cups KRAFT Light CATALINA Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Directions

    Stir-fry broccoli, peppers and carrots in hot oil in large saute pan 6 to 8 min.

    or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Add remaining ingredients; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
