- 4 pork chips - 1/2-inch thick
- Prepared mustard
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Spread pork chops on both sides with mustard.

2Mix flour, salt and pepper together in a pie pan.

3Dip pork chops in flour mixture and coat both sides.

4Brown in oil in skillet until brown on both sides.

5Place in a 9 x 13 dish and pour 1 can of soup and 1 can of water over chops.

6Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

7Sauce is gravy.
