- boiled chicken, sliced thinly and save the broth
- 3 stalks celery, cut in strips
- 1 bell pepper, cut in strips
- soy sauce
- 1 can bean sprouts
- pepper
- pancit noodles
- 1/2 to 3/4 head cabbage, shredded
- 5 carrots, cut in strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- garlic salt
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic powder in hot cooking oil.

2Add chicken and season with soy sauce and pepper.

3Fry for two minutes.

4Add all the vegetables and keep stirring for a few minutes.

5Pour broth over chicken and vegetables.

6When vegetables are half cooked, add noodles and cook, stirring, until noodles are done and most of the broth is absorbed.

7Serve hot.
