- 1/4 cup light rum
- 2 tablespoons frozen passion fruit concentrate blend (from a 12 oz. can)
- 1 small kaffir lime leaf, torn into several pieces, or 1 tsp. lime zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup soda water
Directions

1Put 1 cup ice in a cocktail shaker. Add juice concentrate, lime leaf, lime juice; shake well to blend. Strain into 2 martini glasses, dividing evenly. Top each glass with 2 tbsp. soda water. Serve with a lime wedge as garnish.
