  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 pkg. chipped, dried beef

Directions

    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with the dried beef.

    Cut chicken breasts in half.
  3. 3
    Flatten each piece and then roll it.
  4. 4
    Wrap bacon strips around chicken rolls, place rolls on top of beef. Mix soup and sour cream, pour over chicken.

    Bake, uncovered, at 250° for 3 hours, increase to 350° for last 15 minutes to crisp bacon.
