  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. chives
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 medium potatoes, boiled
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika

Directions

    Boil potatoes until soft.

    Butter sides of casserole dish. Whip all ingredients, except paprika, together until smooth.

    Pour into casserole dish and top with sprinkle of chives and paprika. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
