Ingredients

  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice

Directions

    Boil water and add orange Jell-O.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple.

    Mix well and pour into a gallon plastic milk jug and finish filling with water leaving space for liquid to expand as it freezes.

    Close jug and shake to mix. Freeze.

    Take jug out of the freezer the day you plan to use punch (6 to 8 hours to thaw enough to pour in bowl).

    Serves 16 cups.
