  • 2 cups flour
  • 9/16 cup butter cut into pieces
  • 1 egg yolk
  • water 5 cl.
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

    Combine the flour, butter, egg yolk, water, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer.

    Knead on low speed for about 5 minutes.

    Remove the dough ball from the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.

    Use the dough in your favorite recipe.
