Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 pkg. frozen small peas
  • 1 cup celery, diced (optional)
  • 1 small onion (optional)
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • dash of sugar
  • 3 boiled eggs, sliced
  • cheddar cheese

Directions

    Place bite size pieces of lettuce in bottom of flat baking dish.

    Sprinkle peas over lettuce.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle celery and onion over mixture.
  4. 4
    Crumble crisp cooked bacon over mixture.

    Add slices of boiled eggs.

    Mix 2 c. of mayonnaise (I use salad dressing) with a little sugar and spread over mixture.

    Spread cheddar cheese over top.

    Refrigerate and serve.
