Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen early June peas
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. green or red onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. chopped green olives with pimentos
  • 1/2 bottle real bacon bits
  • salad dressing

Directions

    Rinse peas under cold water; do not cook.

    Drain.

    Mix with celery, onion, olives and bacon bits.

    Toss with Caesar salad type dressing with cheese.
