- 1 can sliced peaches
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
Directions

1Cook peaches over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until tender (soft).

2Add cinnamon, butter, vanilla, sugar and nutmeg. Mix well for another 5 minutes.

3Pinch pieces off of refrigerated biscuit dough and drop into mixture.

4Let simmer until biscuit dough (dumplings) are firm and fat, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

5Serve hot.
