- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. shelled raw peanuts
Directions

1Stir ingredients together and cook over medium-heat until peanuts start popping and liquid looks the color of light honey. Do not overcook.

2Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon soda and pour on buttered surface.

3To prepare butter surface, butter aluminum foil heavily and place on cookie sheet.

4When candy is cold, break into pieces.
