- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2/3 c. light corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. flour, divided
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix with mixer, on medium speed, peanut butter, margarine, brown sugar, corn syrup and eggs until smooth.

2Reduce speed and beat 2 cups of the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

3With a spoon, stir in remaining 2 cups of flour.

4Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

5Preheat oven to 325°.

6Divide dough in half and set 1/2 aside.

7On floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8 inch thick.

8Cut with floured bear cookie cutter. Repeat until dough is used up.

9Bake for 10 minutes or until light brown.

10Cool.

11Decorate as desired.
