  • 2 ounces pear nectar
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 pear slice

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the remaining ingredients except the pear slice.

    Shake well, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the pear slice.
