  • 1 1/2 c. ground pecans
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 3/4 c. white Karo
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Beat eggs. Add sugar, Karo, butter, vanilla and pecans in this order, mixing well after each addition. Pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.

    Recipe makes 1 pie.

    Double recipe makes 3 medium pies or 2 large and 1 individual pie.
