  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 pie crust (unbaked)

Directions

    Mix beaten eggs, sugar and syrup. Add melted butter, vanilla and chopped pecans. Pour into uncooked pie crust. Bake for 20 to 35 minutes at 325°.
