- 1- 1/2 pound Sea Scallops
- 1/4 cups White Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Salt And Pepper
- 1/2 cups Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Rinse and pat scallops dry; arrange in a baking dish.

3Combine wine and lemon juice and season with salt & pepper; pour over scallops.

4Mix together cracker crumbs, pecans and parsley and sprinkle evenly over scallops.

5Drizzle with melted butter.

6Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until topping is golden and scallops are opaque.
