  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 bottle Certo
  • 1/4 c. jalapeno pepper
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 8 to 9 drops green food color

Directions

    Use real ripe, juicy peaches.

    Put in a kettle and mash up so there is plenty of juice.

    If you have to add water, add very little.

    To every cup of peaches, use 3/4 cup of sugar.

    Add a small bit of lemon juice.

    Boil a while.
