- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 lb. round steak, sliced
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 qt. tomatoes
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. each salt and sugar
- cooked Minute rice
Directions

1In wok or electric skillet, melt butter; add beef and garlic. Saute until browned. Remove meat. Saute onions and peppers, then stir in meat, tomatoes and bouillon cube.

2Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. In a bowl, blend water, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and sugar. Add to meat mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Serve over rice.
