Ingredients
- 1 lb. sirloin, cut in 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Brown meat in oil.

2Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Dissolve bouillon in hot water and add to meat.

3Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 30 minutes.

4Add tomatoes and green pepper.

5Cook about 10 minutes.

6Combine other ingredients into meat mixture.

7Cook 10 minutes longer.

8Remove garlic.

9Serve over rice.
