- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. sifted plain flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix persimmon pulp, beaten eggs and milk.

2Sift the dry ingredients together and pour the liquid mixture into them.

3Stir in melted butter and pour into a shallow greased pan to a depth of about 2 inches.

4Bake about 1 hour in a very moderate oven at 300° to 350°.

5Serve plain or with whipped cream.
