- cauliflower
- 1 c. salt
- 3 tsp. alum
- Mrs. Wage's kosher dill pickle mix
- hot peppers
Directions

1Break cauliflower into small pieces and put in canner.

2Soak overnight with salt and alum.

3Pour boiling water over that.

4Next day, drain and rinse with cold water.

5Put into canning jars with a hot pepper in the middle (cut off top of pepper, let seeds inside) and Mrs. Wage's kosher dill pickle mix.

6Follow directions on mix to fill jars.

7Run through canner 5 minutes at a boil.

8if you don't have a full canner to soak, cut ingredients in half.
