- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 c. beet liquid
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 peeled garlic cloves
Directions

1Place peeled eggs in bowl or jar.

2Mix vinegar, beet liquid, sugar, salt, onion and garlic.

3Pour over eggs.

4Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days.
